I had a good stay in a long time. I loved that the hotel was chic and impeccably clean. The a double room was brand-new, included hair dryers, a walk-in shower and bath robes.

The staff were welcoming, courteous, would stay here again. The venue was set in the very central position just off shops restaurants and the cruise terminal, the waterfront, sea wall. Bar Cactus Club Cafe located 1.0 km away was a nice surprise.

The hotel of choice in Vancouver. The room was cleaned and available with a pull out sofa, a large bathroom plus bathtub. Location right by downtown shopping and Gastown. Plus it was walking distance to Vancouver Downtown. A good choice of food options close to the venue.

We liked the stay, it was a really nice experience. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were eager to help, the bed was nice. Everything was amazing during our stay even so disappointing aspect was tired bathroom. It was walking distance to the chelsea restaurant, where you can have lunch.
Views appeared to be really bad.

Room was exceptionally good, bed was very comfy, staff was FUNNY. Great breakfast, excellent service. Awesome location, at walking distance from robson street. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was perfect. A comfy hotel, we had an excellent stay.
Facilities were new, but Wi-Fi was very poor.
